If any obvious error is observed after the purchase, OCCA HOME DESIGN reserves the right to inform the customer of the correct price as soon as possible and then the possibility of confirming the order at the correct price or to cancel it. The company does not undertake to supply products with incorrect data and below market value.<\/span><\/p>\n

    All our products are subject to the current Portuguese Value Added Tax (VAT) rate.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The price for the products includes VAT applicable at the time of purchase. The delivery and\/or assembly costs are extra and will be added and indicated at the time of order confirmation.

    Purchase validation<\/b><\/p>\n

    The contract will only become effective after confirmation of the order by OCCA HOME DESIGN considering that all product orders should confirm availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In case of difficulties to supply products, we shall immediately inform the customer of the unavailability and we provide information about replacement products of equal or superior quality. If you choose not to order any of the replacement options, we will refund any amount paid for the missing product within 15 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Delivery<\/b><\/p>\n

    OCCA HOME DESIGN will make every effort to send the order respecting deadlines in accordance with the date previously indicated. Otherwise, delays may happen due to unexpected situations for which we cannot be held responsible. In case of impossibility for reasons that are not our responsibility, the customer will be informed of the exceptional situation and will have the option to reschedule the delivery or request a refund of the purchase. There will not be any kind of compensation in cases of delay in delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

    All deadlines are stipulated on business days.<\/span><\/p>\n

    During the delivery, if the packaging is damaged, the recipient must check the items in the presence of the responsible carrier. If the driver refuses to wait for the goods inspection or does not allow a comment to be write on the delivery document, it is recommended to refuse the product and immediately contact this company<\/span><\/p>\n

    For the purpose of delivery validity, it will be considered that the order has been properly “delivered” at the time the buyer or any third parties designated by him take physical possession of the product purchased on the website, such act being proved by the receipt signature of the order at the delivery address.<\/span><\/p>\n

    OCCA home design is responsible for delivery your purchase at the door of your building or house. If your order includes large products and local conditions makes it difficult to delivery inside your home (ex. small elevators, narrow stairs, narrow doors), the courier will delivery at the door of your building or home and this company cannot be resposible for particular features specific from the customer house. The customers are responsible for provide support and help to carry the product inside their home.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Returns and purchase withdrawal<\/b><\/p>\n

    When making a purchase on the OCCAhomedesign.com website, our customer has recognized the right to withdraw. If he is not satisfied, he can return the product within a maximum period of 14 days counting from the data of the physical possession by the costumer or third party indicated by him of the goods acquired in purchase and sale contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain original packaging and labels, using the same protective cardboard box in which it was given for proper protection.       There will be no exchange or return of products that are not in the conditions at the time of delivery to the customer or that have been used and\/or assembled. To return a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition.       In case of withdrawal, the payments made for the product will be refund to the customer, excluding delivery charges, without any undue delay. The refund period will start from the arrival at our facilities and will pass by the quality control, not exceeding 14 calendar days.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The refund will be made on the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless any stated otherwise. In any case, the customer will not incur any expense related to the refund. OCCAhomedesign.com may retain the refund until receipt of the returned products at our facilities or under proof from the customer of the return of the goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The returned products will be collected, without any undue delay, directly by OCCAhomedesign.com or third party partners that carry out our logistics and transport. A maximum period of 14 calendar days applies in these cases.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. The availability of amounts in the customer’s account may vary, according to these deadlines:<\/span><\/p>\n

        In case of defective product, the costs will be borne by OCCAhomedesign.com. In other situations, these will be assumed by the customer. If the cancellation of the order is communicated before it is shipped, the customer will be exempt from any charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Warranty<\/b><\/p>\n

        All goods purchased from our online store OCCAhomedesign.com have a legal guarantee period of 2 years. If there is any problem, the customer must inform us of the non-compliance within two months of becoming aware of the question.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The warranty will be invalidated in cases of defect or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, accidental drops, wear and tear, inadequate washing and use in disagreement with the instructions. The warranty does not cover products damaged by misuse.<\/span><\/p>\n

        OCCAhomedesign.com is not responsible for damage caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or manipulated by the customer or by any other person not authorized by the manufacturer, as well as for misuse, manipulation and apparent signs of inadequate treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n

        The warranty does not apply to apparent defects and defects in the conformity of the product against which the user must make an immediate claim within 7 days following delivery of the goods<\/span><\/p>\n

        OCCAhomedesign.com reserves the right to analyze each product returned by specialists, excluding the warranty in case of proof of partial or complete breakage caused by the customer in order to force the use of the warranty. In these cases, the costs of the expertise will be borne by the customer. OCCAhomedesign.com is not obliged to indemnify customers or third parties for direct or indirect damages caused using the product.<\/span><\/p>\n
